The Platypus Accommodation is located in the heart of Cudal. A quiet country village situated close to Orange, Canowindra, Forbes and Parkes. We have seven newly renovated and comfortable rooms of various sizes. The Platypus Pantry offers delicious homemade meals and barista coffee daily which our guests can enjoy.

The two bedroom suite has plantation shutters, 40' smart televisions with Netflix capabilities, free wi-fi, reverse cycle air conditioner, a kitchenette containing a large fridge/freezer, microwave, hairdryer and iron board. This is our largest room and ideal for travelers looking to share a space or families passing through our quiet rural village.For ease and convenience we use a self check-in system which allows guests to enter at their own leisure 24 hours seven days. At booking confirmation, guests will be sent a secure and original door code via text and email which will remain active during your stay.Our in-house cafe offers scrumptious home style meals for guests.Family Room A perfect small family option offering a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed in a separate annex. In addition you have option for a trundle bed for the extra family member.
